Set your meditation on fire! Finally, after an extended break, the Bok Jinpa meditation course continues with Nancy Allen and Ori Carino.
Based on the Tibetan Buddhist text Bhavana Krama (The Stages of Meditation) by Master Kamalashila (700 AD), this 7-week course will inspire, invigorate and elevate your meditation practice. Course III specifically addresses our doubts or beliefs that things don’t matter in order to achieve nirvana and omniscience.
Students are required to meditate daily and hand in their meditation journal.
If you have not taken Bok Jinpa 1 or 2, it is strongly recommended that you listen to classes 1 – 4 of Bok Jinpa 2 at Tsennyimepa.
Classes are free and life-changing.

Join us was we examine the death process, the benefits of living with a daily awareness of death, how to contemplate one’s death fruitfully, and the problems that result from not being aware of death.
Our study in this course is based upon the Treasure House of Higher Knowledge (Abhidharma Kosha) by Master Vasubandhu (350 AD), along with its commentary by the First Dalai Lama.
