Based on the Tibetan Buddhist text Bhavana Krama (The Stages of Meditation) by Master Kamalashila (700 AD), this 7-week course will inspire, invigorate and elevate your meditation practice. Course III specifically addresses our doubts or beliefs that things don’t matter in order to achieve nirvana and omniscience.
Students are required to meditate daily and hand in their meditation journal.
If you have not taken Bok Jinpa 1 or 2, it is strongly recommended that you listen to classes 1 – 4 of Bok Jinpa 2 at Tsennyimepa.
Classes are free and life-changing.
