This series of asanas connects the subtle workings of the body with our intention to overcome daily challenges such as anger, jealousy, and selfishness. The goal of this five session workshop is to offer a yoga practice, based on the 5 inner winds, that will help you develop or to enrich your personal yoga practice. It is open to beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.
