The Three Jewels

The Three Jewels is a Meditation, Dharma, Yoga and Outreach Center located at 61 Fourth Avenue, (3rd Fl) between 9th and 10th streets in New York City. We offer guided meditation, vinyasa yoga, dharma courses, spiritual study groups and community acupuncture. .

The Three Jewels has two loft-sized rooms available for use by donation - Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm and weekends 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The space includes private bathroom, men's and women's dressing rooms and a small kitchen. WiFi, folding chairs, meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets, and yoga props are also available.

Studio use: meditation workshops, weekend specialty yoga workshops, lectures, book readings and signings or theatre rehearsals and readings.



Small Studio Capacity :25 people

Large Studio Capacity: 50 people

About Me

Three Jewels
New York, New York
The founders, directors and volunteers of the Three Jewels Outreach Center & Bookstore are all students of the Gelukpa order of Tibetan Buddhism, which began about 500 years ago. They have received extensive training in the sacred books of Buddhism from Khen Rinpoche Geshe Lobsang Tharchin, who is the former abbot of Sera Mey Tibetan Monastery, one of the largest in the world. They are all enrolled in or teaching courses of the Asian Classics Institute of New York, a training institute for teachers and translators of Tibetan Buddhism. Staff members are all students at ACI, who volunteer their time.
