Join Rebecca Vinacour for a workshop on how to find, serve and keep a Lama. Rebecca has a been a close student of Geshe Michael Roach and Lama Christie McNally since 1998, she was one of their three main attendants during the 7-year program at Diamond Mountain University. A graduate of NYU's theater department, she has studied at monasteries in India and Nepal, and serves on the board of ACI Phoenix.

Class is free, though donations will be gratefully accepted.

Yoga for Transforming Negative Emotions // Monday, October 25th, 6:30 - 9:30p.m

This yoga series is the oldest know yoga series that has been found in the scripture. It was written a thousand years ago by Lady Niguma, who was the partner of the renowned Yogi, Lord Naropa. Carrying this lineage into the world, Geshe Michael Roach, a living Master of yoga, meditation and Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy, has translated and taught this precious series throughout the world. Now it is coming live and direct to you.


This special yoga series and the philosophy behind it focuses on how to use the physical postures of yoga to successfully conquer our negative emotions. If learned and practiced well, it can lead to a clear, happy and productive life, among other miraculous things.

Nicole Vigna is a graduate of Diamond Mountain University, having completed a six year advanced course of study in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, yoga and meditation with Geshe Michael Roach. Nicole now travels worldwide, teaching yoga meditation, enlightened business, and group retreats in Asia, Europe and the United States. It is her greatest delight to share these teaching and to be in genuine service to others.
