Meditation for Moms Who Don't // Wednesdays 7 - 8:30pm, November 3, 17 & 24

When raising a family is a full-time job and then some, finding the time for meditation can seem like a distant luxury. Chelsea Bailey, dharma teacher and working mom, hosts three special nights this November to talk about practical ways to make meditation a regular, if not necessary, practice for even the most time-challenged of mothers. Yes, as a mother you CAN do something for yourself--meditate! You'll actually become better at something you're already great at--living for the benefit of others. Be sure to bring your best mom friends with you!
