world-renowned yoga teacher Baron Baptiste
in 2003 and recently completed his Level One
Journey into Power Teacher Training. She enjoys a tough yoga practice, one that challenges the body and the mind, and hopes to deliver that same type of practice to her students.

Through studying with Baron and the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method, she believes that by empowering, examining, and loving ourselves and others we can experience indescribable transformation – physically, mentally, and spiritually. Erica is also currently in the process of earning her Master’s of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics.
